A web app that monitors the full BPS procurement pipeline — PR → PO → GR → PI/AP. It imports SAP Business One Excel exports, enriches them against master data with document aging and status, and surfaces dashboards, filters, exports, and automatic stuck-PR detection so procurement never stalls silently.
Gave procurement and finance a single live view of every document's stage and age — catching stuck PRs early and cutting manual SAP Excel reconciliation.
