Problem
Manufacturing ops ran across disconnected spreadsheets and tribal knowledge — PPIC, purchasing, production, and outbound logistics could not share one live view of demand, stock, or vehicle dispatch.
Solution
Architected and led a multi-module Laravel manufacturing platform spanning forecast → PO → production → inventory → inbound RAW → outbound dashboards, released on Ubuntu/Nginx with a CI/CD pipeline and clear ownership across workstreams.
