Problem
IT stock, assets, and ops records lived in fragmented logs — no auditable PR→movement lifecycle and no consistent way to ship the department's own tools.
Solution
Built a Django end-to-end IT platform covering PR → inbound/outbound → adjustments, reporting, asset history, and admin export — containerized with Docker on Linux/Nginx/PostgreSQL.
Highlights
- Stock flow pipeline: PR → inbound/outbound → adjustments
- Daily & monthly inventory reporting dashboards
- Asset & inventory tracking with movement history
- IT operational administration (policies, docs, ops records)
- CRUD admin panel with CSV/Excel export
- Dockerized deployment on Linux + Nginx + PostgreSQL
Outcomes
- Auditable stock flow replaced spreadsheet drift
- Scheduled daily/monthly inventory reporting for the IT team
- Dockerized releases made department tooling sustainably shippable
Impact
Replaced fragmented spreadsheets and manual stock logs with one end-to-end system — giving the IT department auditable stock flow, scheduled reporting, and repeatable Docker-based releases.
